My name is Michael Kirkbride, i am a disabled man from Gateshead. British Gas massively overcharged me for 17 months, effecting the amount of care i could afford, leaving me cold and depressed. They are now forcing me to take them to court for the £400 compensation i seek. My consultant, nurse and my self feel my compensation claim is reasonable. British Gas are now ignoring my emails.
